Secure Code
What is Secure Code?
The Secure Code service sends a unique One Time Password (OTP) to your mobile phone or nominated landline telephone to authenticate certain types of Internet and Mobile Banking transactions.
Peace of mind online
This level of security further prevents unauthorised access to your accounts and lowers your risk of identity theft and fraud.
Adaptive Authentication
Bank of Melbourne Internet Banking is protected by our market-leading technology that helps detect and alert you of any unusual banking activity.
Fast and convenient
It’s fast, free, and convenient. Choose to have the Secure Code sent to your current mobile phone or landline and you'll receive it in seconds. We will not charge you but your phone provider's regular charges may still apply.
Are your details up to date?
Check that your personal details are complete and up to date so that your secure code is sent to the correct phone number.
If you are having trouble logging on to your account you may need to call us on 13 22 66 (or +61 3 8536 7870) for assistance.
