Once your lender or broker has processed your application, you’ll get an email with your Customer ID. You’ll also get an SMS with a temporary password and a security number.

You’ll then need to…

  1. Select the ‘sign-in’ button on the Bank of Melbourne website.
  2. Use your Customer ID and temporary password and security number to sign in.

Please keep in mind that your temporary password and security number will expire.

If you haven’t received your Customer ID, temporary password or security number, please come and see us in a branch.
