Ordering EFTPOS paper receipt rolls and accessories

You can order your EFTPOS paper rolls from our online order system. You will need your merchant number and the post code of your trading address to log in.

You can also call 1300 603 266 (select option 3 and option 1) to place your order. You will be prompted to enter your merchant number and post code using the keypad on your phone.

Your merchant number is 8 digits long. You can find your merchant number on any transaction receipt from your EFTPOS terminal or on your merchant statement.

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Your terminal stand is sent within 24 hours of receiving your order and it will take 1-5 business days to arrive.

Your EFTPOS paper receipt rolls or accessories will be delivered to the trading address we have on file. If you would like it delivered to another address, please let us know when you place your order.
