Why request a card reissue?

Expiring card replacement

When your current card is due to expire, we’ll automatically send you a replacement by the end of the month. If you need a replacement card sooner, ask for a reissue online.

Damaged or won’t tap

If your card is still current and not due to expire within the next month and is damaged, faded, or won’t tap, you can request a replacement card online.

What you need to know when requesting a replacement card

  • To receive your replacement card, you must ensure your address is current and your account is in order.
  • If you've never used your card, you'll need to do so at least once, so it can be reissued before the expiry.

Have everything you need?

You'll need to be registered for Internet Banking before logging onto the Bank of Melbourne App to use this feature.
