Here are the answers to frequently asked technical questions about Mobile Banking:

I am trying to logon to Mobile Banking and am getting the error ‘Our service requires your browser to accept cookies.’
To use Mobile Banking, your web browser must be configured to accept ‘cookies’.

To enable cookies on your iPhone^®:
1. From your iPhone home screen, select ‘Settings’
2. Select Safari>Accept Cookies
3. Select ‘From visited’
To enable cookies on your Android™:
1. Open your web browser
2. Tap the menu key
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Privacy and security
5. Make sure ‘Accept cookies’ is checked
For most Android devices the above steps should work. However, some manufacturers and web browsers may require you follow different steps. If the above steps don’t work we suggest you search online for how to accept cookies for your device/web browser.

To enable cookies on your Windows Phone 7™:
1. Go to your browser
2. Select the ‘…’ button
3. Make sure the ‘Accept cookies’ is checked
When I select ‘Mobile Banking Logon’ from the mobile site or from the Mobile Banking App, I get nothing but a blank screen. Why?
This error occurs when you do NOT have JavaScript enabled on your mobile device.

To enable cookies on your iPhone^®:
1. From your iPhone home screen, select ‘Settings’
2. Select Safari>Accept Cookies
3. Switch ‘ON’ your JavaScript
To enable cookies on your Android^™:
1. Open your web browser
2. Tap the menu key
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Advanced (or Content Settings)
5. Make sure ‘Enable JavaScript’ is checked
For most Android devices the above steps should work. However, some manufacturers and web browsers may require you follow different steps. If the above steps don’t work we suggest you search online for how to enable JavaScript for your device/web browser.
