How do I set or change a PIN for my business credit or debit card?

If you already have a personal account, are registered for Internet and Mobile Banking and have a valid phone number on file to receive your Secure Code, you can change your PIN in five simple steps:

Using Internet Banking:

  1. Sign in to Internet Banking using your card/access number, security number and password
  2. Select Manage my accounts
  3. Select Change card PIN
  4. Select the card number and follow the authentication prompts
  5. Enter your new PIN twice and select Confirm.

Using Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign in to our app
  2. Select Services
  3. Select Change card PIN from the My Cards menu
  4. Select the card number and follow the authentication prompts
  5. Enter your new PIN twice and then tap Confirm.


What if I’m not registered for personal Internet Banking?

If you have an account in your personal name and are happy to access it online, simply register for Internet Banking  then activate your card following the steps above. 

To set a PIN for the first time or change the PIN, take your card and photo ID to your local Bank of Melbourne branch.

If you know your existing PIN, you can make this change at any time at eligible Bank of Melbourne ATMs.

If you're a Business Banking Online customer and you don't have access to personal Internet and Mobile Banking, please call 1300 602 266 to change your PIN.
