You are not alone. We are here to help. We know that financial stress can sometimes be a result of unplanned life events such as change of income, illness, a relationship breakdown, reduction in your business cash flow or emergency events like natural disasters.
What to expect: financial hardship
If you’re experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to meet your regular financial commitments, please let us know. Applying online at your convenience allows us to start the process of helping you with the financial support you need.
If you don’t have access to online banking or prefer to speak with us over the phone, please call us to apply for financial hardship with our Bank of Melbourne Assist Team.
