How do I make a transfer between my accounts?
- Select Payments
- Select Create a payment
- Select Transfer, payment or BPAY
- Select the Transfer from account
- Select the Transfer to account
- Enter Payment amount
- Enter Payment description (optional)
- Click Continue
- Check the details of your payment are correct and select Confirm payment
- Review your next action:
Select Create another payment to continue working and authorise and submit this payment later - Click Authorise to complete this payment
- Enter Token password
- Enter Token number on the front of your device
- Click Authorise and submit
Click Authorise only to submit this payment later - Payment submission confirmation is displayed
- Click PDF to generate a copy of this information for your records

How do I make a payee payment?
- Select Payments
- Select Create a payment
- Select Transfer, payment or BPAY
- Select the Transfer from account
- Select Transfer to and choose an existing payee

How do I create a new payee?
- Select Payee & billers
- Select Payees
- Click Add new
- Enter a BSB number
- Click Validate BSB
- Enter Account number
- Enter Account name
- Enter Preferred name if required
- Tick Additional information for same day payments if required, then enter Beneficiary details
- Click Add payee

How do I view or manage saved payees?

- The list of payees is displayed
- Select the payee you wish to view or manage

How do I create a new biller?
- Select Payee & billers
- Select Billers
- Click Add new
- Enter a Biller code
- Click Validate biller
- Enter a Customer reference number (CRN)
- Enter a Preferred name if required
- Click Add biller

How do I view or manage saved billers?

- The list of billers is displayed
- Select the biller you wish to view or manage
- Biller details is displayed
- Click Edit to update Customer reference number (CRN) or Preferred name

How do I view or manage a previously created scheduled payment?
- Select Payments
- Select Scheduled payments
- Payments previously scheduled or future dated are displayed
- Select the scheduled payment you need to manage
- The details of the scheduled payment is displayed
- Click Edit to change details of the payment (edited payments will need to be authorised and submitted again)
- Click Delete to remove the recurring payment
- Click Hold to temporarily prevent the payment from recurring
- Click Activate to remove a hold previously placed on a scheduled payment

How do I make a Same day (RTGS) payment?
- Select Payments
- Select Create a payment
- Select Transfer, payment or BPAY
- Select the Transfer from account
- Select Transfer to and choose an existing payee
OR select Add new to create a new payee - Enter Payment amount
- Enter Payment description (optional)
- Tick the Same day payment option
Beneficiary details will need to be entered for new payees or saved payees without stored same day payments information - Click Continue
- Check the details of your payment are correct and select Confirm payment
- Review your next action
- Select Create another payment to continue working and authorise and submit this payment later

- At the Review your next action screen
- Click Authorise to complete this payment
- Enter Token password
- Enter Token number on the front of your device
- Click Authorise and submit
Click Authorise only to submit this payment later - Payment submission confirmation is displayed
- Click PDF to generate a copy of this information for your records
To authorise and submit payment(s) previously created by yourself or another user
- Select Payments
- Select Payments in progress
- Select the payment(s) to be authorised by ticking the box(es)

- Click Choose file then browse and select the .aba file saved to your computer
- Click Continue
- After the file has been uploaded you will be able to view the payment

How do I create an overseas payment?
- Select Payments
- Select Overseas payment
- Select Create a new overseas payment (Telegraphic Transfer)
- Click Continue
- Select a From account
- Select a Foreign currency
- Select a Beneficiary bank country
- Enter Amount (second amount will auto populate on tab out or by clicking in the second amount field)
- Tick Charge any overseas bank charges to my account if required
- If a Fee account is not populated select a Fee account for the Telegraphic Transfer fee to be debited from
- Total amount including all fees and charges will display
- Enter the Beneficiary bank details by either:
Searching by entering a SWIFT BIC code or entering in the city and bank name, then selecting the Beneficiary bank from the list below
OR entering in the Beneficiary Bank name, Bank address, City, and Country - Enter Overseas bank number if required
- Enter Beneficiary Full name, Address, City, and Country
- Enter Credit overseas bank account number

- Book an exchange rate for a future date (see how do I book a foreign currency rate? for more information)

- Select Create a new overseas payment (Telegraphic Transfer)
o OR Select Use an existing template then select a template from the list then proceed to step 9 - Click Continue
- Select a From account
- Select a Foreign currency
- Select a Beneficiary bank country
- Tick I have booked deals
- Select the Value date of the booked rate
- Enter the Dealer reference
- Enter the booked FX rate
- Enter Amount (second amount will auto populate on tab out or by clicking in the second amount field)
- To add an optional additional amount at a unbooked exchange rate if required tick Add additional (unbooked) exchange rate to my booked deals
o Then Enter Amount (second amount will auto populate on tab out or by clicking in the second amount field) - Tick Charge any overseas bank charges to my account if required
- If a Fee account is not populated select a Fee account for the Telegraphic Transfer fee to be debited from

How do I create a group template?
- Select Payees & billers
- Select Groups
- Click Add new
- Enter Group name
- Click Add recipient and either:
a. Choose an existing payee OR select Add new to create a new payee
b. Choose an existing biller OR select Add new to create a new BPAY biller
c. Choose an existing group of recipients - Click Add another recipient to continue adding accounts, payees and billers to the group as required
- To delete a recipient from the group tick the box next to the name of the recipient and then select Remove

Osko payments

How do I make an Osko payment?
Osko payments are not able to be made from Business Banking Online.

How do I see the extra details I receive with an Osko payment?
Osko payments that you receive can be seen in your transaction listing in Business Banking Online.
However there are limited characters available for the extra payment information details available with Osko payments (such as the 280 character description and the 35 character reference) so depending on the length of these that your payer entered, part of them may be truncated (cut-off) and not visible in BBO. To see these extra details, you can download a report in BBO - see the Reports page for instructions.
