How do I add a new user?
- Select Admin
- Select Company admin
- Select Users
- Click Add new user
- Enter First name
- Enter Last name
- Select Date of birth
- Enter Email
- Enter Security question to be used by the Bank in future identification processes
- Enter Security answer
- Change Access time if required
- Select a Role
- Enter an Authorisation limit if the user will be authorising payments
- Click Add user
- The new users User ID and Password is displayed

- Click Reset password

- Click Add
- Select Access level
- Tick the account(s) you want to give access to
- Click Update access
