The Detail
Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations will be made available via the Complimentary Invitations Portal, within 14 business days of you meeting eligible spend. To access your invitation, log-in to the portal using your QFF details. Once there you can link it with an eligible flight booking. To receive your Complimentary Lounge Invitations, you must have given Westpac your QFF number. If you aren’t already a QFF Member, head to qantaspoints.com/ffjoinbom to join without charge.
Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations are provided courtesy of Bank of Melbourne and are valid for Qantas Club and Qantas-operated International Business Lounges (excluding Los Angeles Tom Bradley Airport lounge). Each invitation is for a single visit when travelling with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ, 3K, GK, BL) flight number and is valid until its expiry date.
Access and use is subject to Qantas Club rules and T&Cs, and at the full discretion of lounge staff. Entry may not be available if a lounge is full or near capacity. Invitations are not valid in International First Class lounges, Chairman's Lounge, Qantas Domestic Business, oneworld® alliance airline, partner airline or associated lounges. Invitations must not be resold. Qantas reserves the right to cancel invitations and disqualify future invitations if you are in breach of this policy. Note Qantas Club Lounge Invitations can only be issued if you comply with the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and your account remains open.
2. It is against Qantas Club policy to resell Complimentary Invitations by selling and transferring Invitations within the Complimentary Invitations Portal. Qantas reserves the right to cancel invitations and disqualify future invitations that are in breach of this policy.
